Payment is expected when services are rendered; this includes your deductibles and applicable co-payments. We do not over book and require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
Insurance plans for which we are non-participating will result in the patient paying any outstanding balance after your insurance company pays their portion of your visit. You will be responsible for the outstanding balance. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact our office to discuss the details and required application.
